By accessing or using Horizonwatch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

Horizonwatch provides AI-powered competitive intelligence monitoring. We collect publicly available information about companies you designate, analyse it using artificial intelligence, and deliver synthesised briefings to you.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

The briefings and analyses we generate for you are yours to use internally. The Horizonwatch platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

Limitations

• Intelligence briefings are generated from publicly available data and AI analysis. They are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free.
• Horizonwatch is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or strategic advice.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive usage.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
